Lost in Life

June 18, 2008

I’ve been Awol from the blog due to a death in my extended family and having to travel interstate for the funeral. But amidst the sadness there were many times of joy as well, and I feel we gave ‘Uncle Jim’ a great send off. Now I am home for a minute before leaving again. This time on a family holiday to Borneo!

I’ll be back in a few weeks (July) and meanwhile I’ll leave you with some photos of things I am hoping to see.

Take care everyone

Double Figures!

June 3, 2008

I’ve just sold my 10th book!  Yay, double figures… I am sure that deserves cake!

This was my surrogacy story which I wrote in the first quarter of the year. I enjoyed writing it and my Editor keeps saying she really enjoyed reading it so let’s hope you enjoy it as much:-) . But you’ll have to wait a bit….it will be out in June 09.

Happy Dancing here.

Now if only Kirby and ‘whats-his-name’ start behaving life would be good!

A Book Signing

June 2, 2008

I’m doing a book signing to raise money for Ovarian Cancer Research!

It’s all part of the BOOTS Bazaar and there will be a fashion parade, 25 stalls and me :-)   It’s held at the gorgeous Kirrewur Court   It’s $25 and you get a glass of champagne on arrival :-)

It’s a fun evening and ALL proceeds go to Ovarian Cancer Research so if you’re in Geelong or nearby on WEDNESDAY JUNE 18th and  you want to come along then email me for the details.  I’d love to see you there!
